Harmon Leon

Harmon Leon is an award-winning journalist and filmmaker. He is the author of six books, including The American Dream (Nation Books) and The Harmon Chronicles (ECW Press), which won a 2003 Independent Publisher's Award for humor, Republican Like Me (Prometheus Books), also won an Independent Publisher's Award-winner for humor, The Infiltrator (Prometheus Books), and National Lampoon's Road Trip USA (National Lampoon). His other stories have appeared in Esquire, Stuff, Salon, NPR's This American Life, Details, Maxim, High Times, Hustler, Penthouse, Black Book, Cosmopolitan, and Wired.  Harmon has appeared on The Howard Stern Show, Last Call With Carson Daly, Penn & Teller's Bullshit, The Jamie Kennedy Experiment, Blind Date, as well as the BBC. Harmon also costarred with the infamous OJ Simpson on a hidden camera reality show called Juiced! He has performed comedy around the world, including, the Montreal, Edinburgh, Dublin, Galway, Vancouver, Adelaide, and Melbourne Comedy Festivals.  Harmon's films have appeared at such places as SXSW, the Newport, Florida, Edinburgh, and Maryland Film Festivals.
